Several Exercises for Fat-Burning Battle Rope Training
Battle ropes are incredibly beneficial for improving your total-body conditioning. This type of training is known as the "ultimate all-in-one conditioning tool" because it does more than just build muscle strength—it also delivers amazing training benefits for your overall athletic performance, including your balance, stability, and explosive power.
Here's the plan: Treat each exercise as one "giant set." After you complete it, rest for 60 to 120 seconds. The entire workout will consist of 3-4 of these giant sets.
